What does your self-image look like to you and then to everyone else? How you see yourself is a great indicator to how others see you also. Do you realize that you spend more time with yourself than you spend with any other person. So the question is how do you treat yourself? If you are not happy with yourself, your circumstances, your life, what can you do to change or can it be changed? The answer is YES, OF COURSE IT CAN. It takes some thought and some planning on your part. No one will change you but you! Some things you must do.
1. Put a set of hand cuffs on your self-talk. You have a constant conversation with yourself all day long. So you spend a lot of time talking to yourself. Do you encourage yourself or do you run yourself down? Learn to think good about yourself. “As a man thinks in his heart, so is he.” Think well of yourself, because it is the key to becoming what you would like to become. You were and are created for greatness. GO FOR IT, IT WILL BE WORTH IT FOR YOU.
