HOW FAR DO YOU SEE?

Leroy Eime said, “A leader is one who sees more than others see, who sees farther then others see, and who sees before others see.” A clear VISION enables us to see into the future, not in a scary or demonic way but in a way that shows you what the next step is and how to take that step. I know that in your life you want to be able to see what the next step is. Should I marry that man or not, should I go to a certain school or not. WHAT IS MY NEXT STEP?

“A true leader always keeps an element of surprise up his sleeve, which others cannot grasp but which keeps his public excited and breathless.” Charles de Gaulle. Do you have the element of surprise up your sleeve. All that means is that you can see far enough ahead to at least see around the corner for the next thing that is coming your way. Always remember that successful leadership today in INFLUENCE NOT AUTHORITY. I believe that when our motives are right to serve and add value to people’s lives you will always have VISION FOR THE FUTURE. HOW IS YOUR VISION FOR THE FUTURE? Can you see around the corner? If you can you can lead and people will follow you. You have all heard the old saying, LEAD, FOLLOW OR GET OUT OF THE WAY? HOW ARE YOU DOING?
