STRATEGY OR CHARACTER

Gen Norman Schwarzkopf said, “Leadership is a potent combination of strategy and character, but if you must be without one, be without strategy.” Have you thought about the strategy you want to develop for your life, your family, your job, your finances? What kind of strategy are you developing to make that strategy happen. One of the hardest things any of us have to do is THINK! It takes time to THINK, to develop a plan for life. Most people spend more time planning a two week vacation than they do their life. I wonder which is more important.

I think the first and most important strategy we should develop is our CHARACTER. That is the foundation from which all other strategy is built upon. If CHARACTER AND INTEGRITY IS NOT THE CHIEF CONER STONE, then the building that you build will not last. The circumstances of the world will strike against you and your strategy will not stand the test of life.

Build your strategy for your life, where you want to be, what you want to do with your life, where you want to live, all of those important choices that all of us have to make, but make sure you develop the strategy  of a good strong CHARACTER FIRST. WHAT DO YOU THINK, IS IT IMPROTANT?
