GOOD LEADERSHIP

leaders-wantedJohn D. Rockefeller said, “Good leadership consists of showing average people how to do the work of superior people.” In true life situations there are not many people who will pay the price to really become a GOOD LEADER. There are a lot of people who want to rise to the top and have the position and be the leader, but experience has taught me that only a few will really apply themselves and even begin to reach their potential.

A lot of people want good things to happen in their life. Many people are looking for a better life with more money and more influence, but once again I have learned that most people want things to happen in their life, but only a small number of people can actually MAKE THINGS HAPPEN. The man or woman who can actually MAKE THINGS HAPPEN can usually write their own ticket. Every employer, every business owner is looking for a man or woman who really can make something HAPPEN. They are far and few between. Here’s the point, most people can make it happen, but also true most people won’t pay the price to cause it to happen. There is a price to pay for LEADERSHIP SUCCESS. Are you willing to pay the price? Take inventory of your life. How is what you are doing working for you?
