Developing a “TO DO LIST” to develop yourself and others.
#1 principle when developing people is you may ask, where do I start. The answer is very simple. Start with YOURSELF, that is always the first place to begin.
#2 Create a GROWTH culture or start a culture where you can thrive and be at peace with yourself and all involved.
#3 Recognize potential in other people. There are some diamonds in them.
#4 Attract potential. If you can recognize potential can you attract it to you.
#5 Develop potential. If you can recognize, attract potential then you must be able to develop that potential.
#6 After all this has been achieved, you must find ways to EMPOWER and give away that potential.
Something that is very important is that people will grow into the conversations you have when you are around them. Be positive and encouraging to EVERYONE.
