Stan and his wife, Kaye Morris reside in Port Orchard WA. They have been married since 1965 and together have three beautiful daughters & their husbands, nine grand-children and three great-grandchildren.

Stan has had extensive experience leading people, teams and organizations. Having been in full time ministry for over thirty years as a Pastor, he serves on multiple executive boards, which include his current position as President of the South Kitsap Ministerial Association. He is the lead chaplain for the South Kitsap Fire Department, as well as the Chancellor of Victory Bible Training Center. In 2007, he earned his Doctorate in Theology from Beacon University in Columbus, Georgia. Prior to entering the ministry, Stan spent ten years in the life insurance industry a General Agency Manager. As founding pastor of Family Worship Center in Port Orchard WA, Stan has a genuine passion to see people succeed in their personal, social, spiritual, and professional lives. He has is no greater joy than celebrating victories with the people around him. Stan has been greatly influenced in both his personal and professional life by the teachings of John Maxwell for the last fifteen years. Maxwell’s trainings have helped Stan significantly in his own leadership abilities and now he is eager to partner with Maxwell to help others. Stan enjoys life to the fullest, and it is his sincere desire to help other people realize their full potential. He looks forward to helping you achieve the results you’re looking for.
