One of the frustrations in life is CONFLICTS with people. “People-conflict” Anger, hostility and open resentment have caused more people to leave their job, their community, or their families prematurely. Conflict is the tool that God uses to help us become all that we should and could be. Conflict builds patience, humility, and teaches us how to deal with people effectively.

1. Do you have a boss where you work? Sure you do, but could I suggest that you change your boss. I didn’t say change your job, just your boss. Consider this. Go to work tomorrow morning and decide before you get their that, today I am going to work for God and not for man. Check it out, see what kind of day you will have. I believe it will be a better day and much more fulfilling.
